A project required 60 sets of fabricated water valves using 316L SS, including operations of laser cutting,
bending, welding and assembly.
All fabrication works were required high corrosion proof performance, strict dimensional requirements,
and qualified seal test.
With German Trumpf CNC punching machine and Colgar SpA 1600T press brake,
we succeeded in delivering high quality parts within tight time constraints.
