We have just succeeded in manufacturing stainless steel baffles and tube plates of extra-large heat exchanger for a leading Chemical Company Project in USA.
This heat exchanger was measured with a size of 5.2m in diameter by 42m in length by 800t in total weight, of which tube bundle length up to 28.9m and weight up 440t.
Our customer is well known as a national pressure vessel company who requires ASME design and manufacturing, and applying 316L-grade stainless steel baffles and multiple materials tube plates, such as 304-grade stainless steel, 16Mn, high strength low alloy structural steel and composite material.
With large scale manufacturing capacity, we are involved in multiple procedures, including material selection,cutting, edge planing, turning, leveling, deep hole drilling, planing etc.
