In recent days, we successfully finish large tube plate machining task for a well-known environmental protection company. The project lasts for a month, we custom made this tube plate and completed the drilling process. So our custom large machining service is trustworthy.
This tube plate with depth up to 30mm, diameter 3197mm, and holes number up to 2000. Our cusmoter needs 10pcs of this product. The production process includes: blanking, grooving, welding, grinding, leveling, inspection and machining etc. The flattening deformation is controlled within 3mm, and we use our submerge arc welding machine to do the welding process, during which on both sides of the weld we put multi layer protection. In order to improve working efficiency, we carry ourt multi drilling and double bit drilling simultaneously.
