In recent days, we received a fabrication task from a large papermaking company to help build large tanks through plate rolling. The project involves 3 tanks, each tank consists of 7 rings, each ring was made of 4 steel plate. This product uses Q34R steel plate material with 3 different kinds of thickness. The diameter of the final tank could reach more than 11 meters.
Fabrication process includes: cutting, beveling, plate rolling, assembling etc.
