16th Nov, we successfully finished wind turbine's hub machining job for American GE company. This hus is used for a 6MW ocean wind turbine project, now the first set of finished products have been shipped.

GE Wind Energy was a branch of GE Energy, a subsidiary of General Electric. The company manufactures and sells wind turbines to the international market.

This hub is the wind turbine's core component to connect turbine blade and main shaft, the structure is complex, the volume is big, and the weight is up to 40 tons.Due to the irregular shape of the turbine hub, we use our Italy Pama floor type boring and milling machining center together with universal joint to achieve multiangle machining.
