We are currently machining a forged ring segment for a renown international special forged ring segment manufacturer who requires high accuracy.
Openex is involved in machining operations including rough turning & boring, drilling & milling, and finish turning & boring, coupled with other manual operations etc.
This forged ring segment with a stock allowance of 1mm can benefit to high accuracy and small deformation, as well as reducing working allowance of rough turning & boring.
During the most difficult machining operation of drilling & milling, our skillful operators can clamp and adjust the workpiece to be perpendicular to an external arc, with a tolerance of less than or equal to 0.1 degree.
