A high temperature firing project requires 50 sets of hot rolled SS 304 heat resistant containers, and their spare parts thickness ranging from 5mm to 10mm, and total weight up to 150 tons.
Openex has involved in SS spare parts working including decoiling, cutting, bending and welding.
Side container has used corrugated sheet steel requiring multiple bends by utilizing 320T precision press brake, and excellent planeness of sheet steel can be ensured for possessing skillful capability to control deformation.
Double sided welding has been applied to corrugated sheet steel by combining argon arch welding with CO2 shielded arc welding, meanwhile, welded seam has been treated in special method to ensure strength of welded joints.
With complete machine tools and skillful technology, we can win final approval from the customer.
